KMR was established in May 2003 as a home to all those involved in the making of music -
and specifically the recording of music. KMR exists to provide an exceptionally high level of service and
guidance through the quagmire that is purchasing professional recording equipment.
Our staff have many years commercial audio engineering experience at the sharp end of record production.
We specialise in every aspect of the studio including acoustics, software, wiring, outboard, furniture,
microphones and monitoring. From pre-purchase conceptual chats, to presenting a fully functional and bespoke studio.
We carry the largest amount of high quality recording products on demonstration in the UK.
The KMR building in north London plays host to some of the most revered recording units in the world. We
welcome you to come and browse and play with various products involved in various aspects of the recording
process. We invite you to sit down, drink some coffee and discuss your recording needs, either as a potential
studio owner, record producer, engineer or artist.
Alternatively, our consultants can visit you in your own studio, or potential studio space. Perhaps you
are after some acoustic treatment, or are having trouble with your computer system. Perhaps you have found
a great space for a studio, but don’t know where to go next. Our staff have built hundreds of studios between
them, and our expertise is in-valuable whether you are a first-timer or an experienced studio manager.
All our equipment is also available to buy on credit. We can offer 6 months deferred payment at 0% interest.
Take 6 months to pay for anything we sell - at no extra charge. We can also arrange 12, 24, 36 months straight
monthly payments at very reasonable rates. If you are representing a company we can also arrange corporate
leasing packages for larger systems.
